Neal Erickson, MD

President & Co-Founder

Neal Erickson, MD, is a Board-Certified family physician in both Kansas and Missouri. He completed medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Erickson has practiced at Kansas City Family Medical Care since 1995, and has also served as the Sporting Kansas City soccer team physician since 1995. Dr. Erickson has used his experience with the professional soccer team to develop a program for individuals in the community that is equal to the treatment afforded to the professional athletes he cares for. He is Board Certified in both Kansas and Missouri and is an active member of the AAFP and AMA.

Lindsey Weathers

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Received her B.A. in Organizational Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She previously managed four primary care clinics including Dr. Erickson's. Her multifaceted career has focused primarily on HR, consulting, and leadership development. Her experience, good humor, and entrepreneurship have been cultivated over the years to prepare her for Elite Physicals. She is excited to work at a state of the art facility to develop the best executive healthcare program in the country. The mandate to her staff is simple: provide top-of-the-line concierge service by screening thoroughly, be data-driven, but above all else, propel the individual towards the shared goal of optimal health.

Tom Eberline, DC, MS

Chief Operating Officer

Attended the University of Kansas where he received his bachelor's degree in exercise science. He then went on to Logan College in St. Louis where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as his Masters of Sports Rehabilitation. In private practice, Dr. Eberline has worked with athletes at every level of competition from weekend warriors to professional athletes. He transitioned away from seeing patients on a regular basis to lead the clinical development and application team at a biomechanical analysis company that utilizes markerless motion capture technology to identify risk in human motion. He is excited to help Elite optimize their concierge executive physical program into a state-of-the-art patient-centered healthcare ecosystem. His clinical background, technical acumen, and business experience make him a great addition to the Elite team.
