Neal Erickson, MD, is a Board Certified family physician in both Kansas and Missouri. He completed medical school and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Erickson has practiced at Kansas City Family Medical Care since 1995, and the Sporting Kansas City soccer team physician since 1995. Dr Erickson has used his experience with the professional soccer team to develop a program for individuals in the community that utilizes all the equipment, facilities and professional health care providers that the pros use. He is Board Certified in both Kansas and Missouri and is an active member of the AAFP and AMA.

Did his orthopedic training at KUMC and did a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Harvard. Has been working in KC for 23 years and recently joined Truman Medical Center Lakewood. Has been the Chief Medical Officer for Sporting Kansas City since the inception of the team in 1996. His practice interests include arthroscopy, cartilage restoration, ligament reconstruction, and joint replacement.

He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery along with subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine. Born and raised in Kansas City, he is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. After residency, Dr. McCullough completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder/Elbow Surgery at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC, followed by an additional year of Orthopaedic Foot/Ankle fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. Within the Sporting KC organization, he currently serves as an assistant team physician for Sporting KC along with Head Team Physician responsibilities for the Swope Park Rangers. In addition to this, he is also an assistant team physician for the Kansas City Chiefs and is a member of the NFL Foot/Ankle Subcommittee.

Dr. Khadavi is a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Khadavi focuses on the non-operative care of all musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries. He received his bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Medicine from Kansas University and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Khadavi recently completed fellowship training in physical medicine and rehabilitation sports medicine at Stanford University.Dr. Khadavi is especially interested in the care and health of runners. As such, he implemented a running injury and prevention program, the first of its kind in the Kansas City area.Dr. Khadavi is an avid runner, Jayhawks fan, KC sports fan, and is extremely close with his family.

He completed a residency at Truman Medical Center, and residencies in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Ko is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. He has a special interest in the treatment of asthma, interstitial lung disease and sleep disorders. Dr. Burkart is a board-certified vascular-interventional radiologist. He attended medical school at University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine in Diagnostic Radiology, and his fellowship in Vascular-Interventional Radiology at Indiana University - Methodist Hospital. Dr. Burkart has been in Kansas City performing complex vascular interventions for the past 20 years. He has been the principle site investigator on numerous research studies in the field of vascular intervention and endovascular surgery. Currently he is the managing member of Healient Physician Group, a multispecialty group of cardiac, vascular, and wound care physicians.

He holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Akron where he gained a variety of experiences working with clinical and general populations with exercise testing. His interests research includes exercise training interventions combined with mobile health devices for weight loss.

Attended the University of Kansas where he received his bachelor's degree in exercise science. He then went on to Logan College in St. Louis where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as his Masters of Sports Rehabilitation. In private practice, Dr. Eberline has worked with athletes at every level of competition from weekend warriors to professional athletes. He transitioned away from seeing patients on a regular basis to lead the clinical development and application team at a biomechanical analysis company that utilizes markerless motion capture technology to identify risk in human motion. He is excited to help Elite optimize their concierge executive physical program into a state-of-the-art patient-centered healthcare ecosystem. His clinical background, technical acumen, and business experience make him a great addition to the Elite team.

Denton is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area. He received his Audiology Doctorate from Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds his Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Waggener is currently Senior Audiologist with Head & Neck Surgery of KC. He is a highly skilled clinician in the diagnosis of hearing disorders, the treatment of non-surgical hearing impairments and in the education and prevention of noise-induced hearing loss. Dr. Waggener is honored to be a part of the Elite Physicals team and to be an integral part of each participant’s healthcare.

Lindsey Weathers, owner and Chief Operating Officer at Elite Physicals, received her B.A. in Organizational Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Weathers oversees three clinics at St. Joseph's Medical Center. Her multifaceted career has focused primarily on HR, consulting, and leadership development. Her experience, good humor, and entrepreneurship have been cultivated over the years to prepare her for Elite Physicals and she is excited to be a Premier Partner with Sporting Kansas City and Pinnacle in developing the best executive healthcare program in the country. The mandate to her staff is simple: provide top-of-the-line concierge service by screening thoroughly, being data-driven, and then propelling the individual toward his or her goals.

Casey Hildinger

Casey Hildinger, CPT, CES, Certified Wellness Coach. A western Kansas import, Casey Hildinger has been involved in the fitness industry professionally for over 15 years. Casey currently is a lead instructor at Wellspring School of Allied Health in Kansas City, MO. There he teaches Nutrition Science and Exercise Physiology. Prior to teaching, Casey worked as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years. He has worked with a wide variety of clientele in a wide variety of ages. Casey is a proud Army Veteran and was certified as a Master of Fitness Trainer during his time in service. While serving he was in charge of overseeing fitness planning for a battalion wide physical training program. He has also provided training for future Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines preparing them for basic training and beyond. Casey is also known for a vast array of terrible analogies. When asked what his favorite for clients and nutrition is he replied, "All diets are the same. The only difference is finding out what your preferred method of suffering through it is." Casey's unique experience and expertise will allow him to work with executives and their unique lifestyle and demands. His role with the ESM team will be focused on meeting patients on their level to provide efficiency and sustainability in their health and fitness endeavors.

Chet North, grew up on Orcas Island in the State of Washington. He has worked as an Athletic Trainer for Seattle University, The University of Washington, as well a 5 year tenure in the National Football League with the Seattle Seahawks. In 1996 North became the first Athletic Trainer for the Wiz, Wizards and Sporting Kansas City. In 2014 after 18 years as the Trainer, he became the Director of Sports Medicine focusing on the research and creation of Pinnacle - National Development Center. When Pinnacle – NDC opened in January of 2018, he became the Director of The Performance Lab and Medical Research. Chet North’s professional passion is the study of Head Injuries and Concussions. Personally he was a National Rowing Champion, All-Star in hockey, a pilot and author. He is also a humanitarian as he went to Thailand after the 2004 tsunami, where he adopted and supported a grade school for a year in order to help them get back on their feet. This is the North’s 23rd season with this organization.

She has worked at The University of Kansas Health System for the entirety of her ten-year career, starting in the Emergency Department and later transferring to the Intensive Care Unit. She holds her certification in critical care nursing and is an instructor of both Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Saving Skills. In 2017 she was awarded the Pulmonary and Critical Care Nursing Excellence award from the University of Kansas Health System. She is currently enrolled at the University of Missouri working toward her Doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Keaton Davis graduated from the university of Kansas in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Athletic Training. He then went on to earn a Master's in Higher Education at Iowa State University while acting as the certified athletic trainer for their men's and women's cross country and track and field teams. He currently works with Dr Michael Khadavi as the Regenerative Medicine Coordinator for Apex Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, specializing in patient care for all non-operative regenerative medicine procedures. Having been a competitive runner most of his life and an area coach for a Jeff Galloway Run/Walk Training Program, he is passionate about cardiovascular fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

Dawn Hurt is a certified laboratory technician, receiving her certification at Hawkeye Tech (IA). When Dawn moved to Kansas City after graduating, her first job was to open a lab for a clinic where she also gained her knowledge and training in x-ray. She started working for Dr. Erickson in 1997, where her wit, compassion, efficiancy and dedication to her work have made her indespensible, and has been with Dr. Erickson to this day. Dawn was a natural choice when starting Elite Physicals, and got her certification in Dexa in the summer of 2018 to further assist Dr. Erickson. Dawn is an avid book reader and enjoys her time - between books - cooking and cheering on her favorite teams with her husband of 26 years.

Amber Quigg, LMT is a graduate of MTTI, Massage Therapy Teaching Institute in Kansas City, Missouri. She is licensed and a member of the ABMP Massage Association. Amber is the owner of Agape Touch Massage Therapy in Independence, Missouri. She has over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and holds certifications in several massage modalities. Amber combines modalities to create unique personalized sessions. She partners with the client to identify individual priorities and addresses them one layer at a time, utilizing a combination of up to five modalities in each tailored massage. Amber enjoys facilitating the client's personal goals toward wellness, empowerment, and improvement. She is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind. She has expertise in sports massage for fatigue, sore muscles, post workouts, and injury rehabilitation. Nicholas Perry is a graduate of University of Missouri-Kansas City with a degree in Vocal Performance and Business Administration and currently works for Kansas City Family Medical Care. Outside of helping take care of the clinic's many patients during the day, he is active throughout the theater and film community, serving as director, choreographer, music director, stage manager, and actor for many local projects including youth, community, school, and professional productions throughout the Kansas City area. He is also an event coordinator and serves on the board for Kingdom Kids, a non-profit serving the foster care community, and All God's Children, a non-profit dedicated to serving orphan children needs in Zambia. He is dedicated to serving youth both as a mentor and educator enrolled in classes to become a foster parent and plans to continue his studies in child psychology.

Tim Braselton is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University with a degree in Vocal Pedagogy and is now a dedicated member of the Kansas City Family Medical Care team. His commitment to the well-being of those around him is evident in his work, be it in the way he assists patients in the clinic or in the way he works with artists and musicians all over the Kansas City Metro area. His years of service in public relations have equipped him to serve people in an effortless manner, all the while with patience and good humor. He spent several years as Artistic Director for at-risk LGBT youth in Kansas City and continues in the vein of community service by volunteering his time with non-profit organizations. Currently, his extra-curricular studies are focused on the effects of music on mental and physical health and he looks forward to the many years ahead with this new partnership.

Kristen's youth was spent fostering her professional drive and love of connecting with people through the Kansas City music and theatre communities, particularly while studying and performing with the KC Lyric Opera as a member of their Young Honors Artists program. Outside of work and school, she is a pianist, sings jazz and blues around the metro area, remains active in the local theatre community, and sings with the Kansas City Chamber Choir. Sierra Aboul-Hosn is a graduate from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. She currently manages three Organic Hemp Botanicals stores across the Kansas City area and travels across the nation to educate others on the natural healing properties of the hemp plant. Her second passion involves selling real estate in both the Kansas City and Missouri area. She hopes to learn how to invest and rehab houses over the next several years. Her goal is to educate and help as many people as possible through both lines of her work.
